Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Welcome! If you're here, you've already taken one of the hardest steps—reaching out. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, heard without judgment, and supported as we work together toward meaningful change.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem concerns, and mood disorders. I believe every person's story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your therapeutic journey.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique goals, strengths, and needs.
My role is to walk alongside you as you gain insight, build healthy coping skills, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy, providing flexibility to meet you wherever you are.
Whatever brought you here, chances are something in your life isn't feeling the way you'd hoped it would. Maybe you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together, overwhelmed by the weight you've been carrying, or simply longing for things to feel a little lighter. You don't have to have all the answers before starting therapy. Sometimes, the decision to reach out is the first step toward the life you've been hoping for.
